...or, instead of asking people to summarize and analyze such a long bill, does anyone know any particularly good sources that summarize/analyze it, ie not just superficial wsj/news fluff?
Just to clarify, I'm not demanding no one discuss the bill here. I just thought it might be easier to point myself and the OP to existing sources.
