Does anybody here go to therapy?

As the title suggests, I am curious how many people here go to therapy? In a mentally exhausting field like IB does anybody go to therapy to help support their mental health? How do you find the time to do it? For those that do/have gone, what have you learned most about yourself and has it changed your view on IB? For those that do not go, why?

Yes, seeing a therapist has been crucial to helping me get through my own issues with depression and general day-to-day stressors. Can’t recommend it enough as a routine.

That said, took me almost a year to find somebody whose opinion and expertise I trusted in addition to jiving with them— if your therapist doesn’t pass the airport test, it’s probably not going to be productive.
