Russians are some of the creepiest, sleaziest people and Aleksey is clearly no exception. I certainly wouldn't want him working for me.

Being someone who did some time in Russia helping out I can assure you that they are no sleazier than many Americans, Canadians, Mexicans, etc.

Every website, including AV's personal website took down his video resume/documentary but Michael Cera (from SuperBad and Arrested Dev.) did a mockumentary on Alex's own version of his video, check it out.

If you didn't see AV's original version of "Nothing is Impossible" this is a pretty good portrayal of how lame AV was.
