I recently received an offer for a credit risk analyst position and noticed that my expected time would be for 2 years. Afterward my performance will be evaluated and I'm guessing I'd be let go or sign another contract? Does anyone have any insight to the contract? Do they ever let people go after the initial two years? Any advice asap would be great!!
