Does anyone know what the pay + bonus structure looks like at Citi?

So I know that AN1 start at 70+6.

How does it look like for AN2 and AN3?

Also curious to what the bonus structure looks like, if anyone has any insight! London btw

Thanks and hope you all have a very festive Holidays!

Happy Holidays! Let's dive into the treasure trove of WSO to unearth some numbers for you. Based on the most helpful WSO content, here's what the pay and bonus structure at Citi looks like:

  • AN1 (Analyst 1): You've mentioned a 70k base, but it seems there's been a bit of a treasure hunt since then. The base for AN1 has been reported at $100k.
  • AN2 (Analyst 2): The base salary for AN2 has been reported at $85k with bonuses ranging from $30-40k.
  • AN3 (Analyst 3): For AN3, the base salary is around $90k with bonuses that can hover around the $45k mark, although there's chatter about someone bagging a $60k bonus, which caused quite the stir in the jungle.

As for the bonus structure, it's a mix of cash and stock, with the proportions varying by level and performance. For instance, in the past, an A1 (Associate 1) at Citi could have a base of $150k with a top bucket bonus of $130k, split into 80% cash and 20% stock.

Keep in mind that these figures can swing like vines in the jungle depending on the year, division, and the overall performance of the firm and individual. Always good to keep an ear to the ground for the latest rumblings. Swing by the forums for the freshest info!

Better bonus than most bb's as an analyst but considerably worse than the top 3 from aso. eb bonus significantly higher at all levels except laz at analyst level.

Assuming this is alluding to my comment. What I said was specific to London.
