“Julian was excellent. He went through every one of my 7 stories and gave me specific, actionable feedback instead of general advice. He pushed me to make my TMAY more personal by opening with my stepdad’s career in energy and being first-generation, which ties directly into why I want energy banking. He also flagged that my weakness story was too honest and helped me replace it with a stronger EōS example about building a system to manage clients. His notes on making my peer conflict story more visual and showing compromise were really useful. I left with a clear list of revisions and feel much more confident going into interviews.”
