Does diversity apply in FT IBD recruiting?
Is diversity still a factor in full time recruiting or will most banks have achieved their diversity goals with two years of sophomore and junior year internships?

Career Resources
It’s not that calculated unless you go through one of the diversity programs directly. In those HR is like “okay we need X amount this racial group, X amount of women, X amount from this non target” etc. If you don’t go through the diversity programs you have get through the traditional pipeline on your own merit, but diversity will probably still implicitly help you if you were an otherwise on-the-fence candidate.
Even if you didn’t go through the specified diversity pipeline, people who want to shit on you will assume you got your spot because of diversity anyway, so it’s truly fruitless to worry about these things. Best rule of thumb is to be incredibly competent so the team would want you even if you were a rich, straight, white guy - then the diversity is a plus for their brochures, not a detriment to the success of the team - know what I mean?
