Does Evercore let analysts start full time in December, if they do through the internship program and get a return offer?

This is always going to be market driven. In previous years, I’ve met analysts and associates that started in either January or February.
However, I doubt it’d be something you can pull off this late in the game. I’d assume this is something you discuss around the time you accept the return offer
