Does EVR take anyone transferring FT?
I really liked the firm but didn't make it past the spd. Wondering if anyone at the firm could say if it's worth trying to rerecruit ft given that the return rate is so high? I will be interning at a BB.

Career Resources
Based on the most helpful WSO content, EVR (Evercore) traditionally has a very high return offer rate, often exceeding 95% for summer analysts. This high return rate can make full-time recruiting opportunities more limited, as most positions are filled by returning interns. However, it is not impossible to transfer or re-recruit for a full-time role, especially if you are interning at a BB (Bulge Bracket) bank, which can provide you with strong credentials.
If you are genuinely interested in EVR, it could still be worth trying to re-recruit for a full-time position. Networking with current employees, showcasing your skills, and expressing your enthusiasm for the firm can help improve your chances. Keep in mind that the competition will be tough due to the limited spots available.
