Does UBS stand for Unstable Barclays Sorority?
It seems like the investment bank is just a catty sorority where nothing matters except being liked by the in-crowd. Seems like they are scaring away many of their senior non-Barclays leaders.
would love to see a cross tab of Bonus percentage, Promotion percentage, and Firing percentage across both the Barclays and non-Barclays crowd.
I’m sure it would be very upsetting to any non-Barclays legacy CS or UBS person. Even non CS/UBS/Barclays joining from outside firms should be careful if they are not legacy Lehman/Barclays
