Incoming SA for WFS, haven't heard anything regarding fingerprinting or drug tests yet. Does anyone with Wells have any experience? I expect they would, but I have heard a lot of people that they just don't test. Obviously not trying to time anything or whatever, just had a stupid slip-up that I hope doesn't affect anything in the long run.

I was also wondering.
last year was fingerprints only, no drug tests. Could have changed, but wouldn't expect it. Best bet is to err on the side of caution and be ready for both possibilities.
