Wondering if anyone else’s bank monitors there LinkedIn messages and how to navigate networking given this phenomenon

Never heard of this, how tf does a bank see your LinkedIn pm and connect requests?
The connection to LinkedIn is encrypted by HTTPS, your bank can't see shit
Yep this is very common. If you connect with any non-targets the bank keeps a note of it and usually you'll end up with a lower bonus. Hope this helps!!

Only ever had guidelines as to what I can post
My bank does this because we're "licensed securities professionals". Its very sketch to connect and network (and potential lateral.) I dont know the extent to which they actively read the messages, but its within their purview
I think if you're FINRA licensed there are some restrictions, but not sure how closely its monitored.
