I am an international student who will be joining Drexel University as a freshman in Fall 2022. I am thinking of pursuing ib in the future. I wanted to ask should I join Drexel or wait and take admission into the MSQF program at a target school after my undergrad?

Which school?
Hi fellow philly person! Drexel is a really good school but not like a top-level target. However, the name itself is well known which would categorize it and the programs its known for as a semi-target. Don't get discredited based on the university you go to, the work is what matters at the end of the day so put it in!
