I've had no drug tests throughout the entire recruiting cycle even after receiving an offer. I've been fairly clean for a while so I wasn't concerned if I were to get tested.So I've already started the gig, but looking to get faded some time soon (weed). Is it common to get drug tested after you have already started? If not, I'm assuming that it only happens if they suspect of you being under the influence while working? Thoughts?
