Drug Test at BB
Hi all,
I'm starting a summer analyst position at a BB in NYC in a couple of weeks and my offer letter has a clause about drug testing. I don't do anything hard like skiing, but I was a consistent user of MJ. Because of this stipulation, I haven't smoked for 2 weeks and do not intend for the rest of the time before the job starts. However, I've done some research and heard that drug testing for THC is against NYC and NY state law. Do I have anything to worry about if I end up smoking at some point during the summer? Let me know if there is any cause for concern about smoking and drug tests during the internship.

Just tested for FT at NYC PE firm, they tested for full panel except for MJ
