Drug Testing - Second Hand Smoke

Is it possible to test positive due to exposure to second hand smoke from marijuana? A bunch of friends were smoking up a couple days ago and to be safe, I left the room while they were actually smoking up, but when they were done and I was back in the room, there was still some smoke in the air. I have a drug test first thing Monday morning and have never smoked pot, but had this second hand exposure a couple days ago. Does anyone know whether something like this would show up in the drug test? or am I just being paranoid?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, appreciate the quick response. I googled it as well and was coming across quite a bit of inconsistent information, so I was hoping to hear from peoples' experience in similar situations.
