I'm an NYU Stern student interested in real estate. Received an offer from this firm but I don't know anything about them. I would like to get your thoughts on the firm and your opinion of where they stand.
Does anyone have an idea what the approximate base pay is for full time employees, and what the firm's bonus structure is?
Additionally, what would my career path look like at the firm?
I'm really uncertain about accepting this offer, but my true interest lies in real estate. My only other option is equity research.
The internship pay is not prorated based on an analysts salary. Instead, they are offering a flat rate of $1050 a week.

how'd you get an offer without knowing anything about them?
people in real estate will certainly know the name, but as far as i know they are not quite as big as Eastdil or CushWake.
personally, i'd take the job at DTZ Rockwood over your ER option, but you're really comparing apples to oranges here.
Well, I obviously have a basic understanding of the firm and what they do. But, I don't know anything specific about them....the career path, bonuses, and things of that nature.
I hope someone on here knows a bit about the firm?
I have until the end of the month to make a decision.
