Earnings Per Revenue
Long story short, one of the MDs at my firm is good at deal strategy & negotiation, but will struggle with basic financial concepts. The other day, when discussing an acq/dil, she asked me to look at a company's earnings per revenue.
After recovering from the urge to commit seppuku out of the shame of working for someone so inept, I realized that would basically be net income (not what she was asking for).
I'll put it to you monkeys, what other misstated but conceptually accurate financial metrics can we come up with?
