EB/ BB On boarding checks

Can someone give insight how the on boarding background check process works at EBs (Lazard, Moelis, Rothschild's, Evercore) and BBs work after accepting offer - esp for SA and grad entry roles.

Want to know if they use similar third parties/ in-house so I don't have to fill the same things over and over again. Do they also to the checks right away or closer to the starting date?

Any insight is great - Cheers!

Depends on the bank. Some have internal hr do them, others have someone external like Hireright. For sa wouldn’t expect to hear about background check till match/April

Does the hr or onboarding compare the background check form to the resume or job application you applied with?

When do they usually do the bg check for summer and new grad respectively

are you saying like the april before your junior summer or the april of your sophomore summer after you receive your offer?
