EB Comp with Salary Increase
Does anyone know what bonuses at EBs would look like for people starting full-time next year since the salaries went up? Will bonuses be cut because of this? What does an Analyst 1 comp look like at top EBs?

Guidance at a CVP/ PJT/EVR is to keep bonuses as a % of base consistent. For example if median As1 bonus was 200k on a 150k base. The ~133% bonus will apply to the new base
133%? Isn't bonus 50-60% of base for analysts?
It's way higher than 50-60% at these places and bonuses were generally big across the board last year from what I know

When you say guidance, what do you mean? Also isn't it too early to tell, what post-Covid (i.e. super high deal flow) bonuses will look like relative to the new higher bases?
Currently in Moelis/Evercore/Lazard. We have our base and top bucket received 120% of base. So this comes out to ~$220K for Analyst 1

105-110%
