Considering the boutique firms are built upon the cache and legacy of founding partners/md’s, which of the firms have the most promising futures? Any heading in the right or wrong directions?

Work at an EB, so might be biased, but some of the EBs have built really tight relationships with their clients ie - google and Lazard, Pfizer and Centerview.
Even if the rainmaker MDs leave, I'm guessing the relationships that have been built are there to stay. There’s a reason why EBs do less pitching work.
Some EBs have been around forever and are not tied to particular MDs. Lazard comes to mind. So does Rothschild in Europe
