EB SA Groups?
Recruiting for LDN SA 2025, want to do RX for FT but concerned that for interviews I’ll need to seem keen on regular M&A (which I’m not really tbh) because most SA programs are generalist?
With the exception of HL (I think they do a dedicated RX SA) would I be alright being an RX main for interviews?
Just worried that I can talk RX all day but I’ll get interviewed by an M&A AN/ASO and stumble.
in similar boat, albeit in the US. feel free to pm, always glad to help out a fellow finance hardo
does the EBBB have an RX practice? I was unaware...
Bro you need to learn regular M&A. The banks I can think of off top of head which have dedicated Rx programmes are HL, Evercore maybe roths. That's like max 15 spots available for pure Rx programmes.
I mean I know plenty about it, and can talk about it - I just don't want to do it, and am concerned that will show through in an interview.
.
It would be best for you to prepare to talk about M&A and then at the earliest opportunity, steer the conversation into RX if you can
Also I wanted to ask how you went about learning RX as most of the online content seems geared towards the US and chapter 11 stuff
