Elite Boutique Salaries

Have received offers from a BB (GS/JPM/MS) and EB (EVR/LAZ/PWP) and am thinking I'm going to take the EB for the overall greater learning experience and exit opportunities. As far as compensation goes, how do the specific EBs compare in their pay for first-year analysts? I saw that Lazard bumped AN1 base to $120k to match other EBs, do they also now pay at similar rates to other EBs? With BBs competing for talent, what is their total compensation looking like given recent pay bumps?
