Email Config - Special Case
What would most likely be the email configuration for someone with the name J.C. Doe or John Christopher Doe? The guys an alum and I'd like to get in touch with him but I've pretty much ran out of ideas and keep getting bounce backs. jc.doe, john.christopher, jchristopher.doe, j.c.doe, john-christopher.doe, john.c.doe, johnchristopher.doe, etc....and fyi, the standard config for this firm is [email protected]. The most likely would be exactly what you said the standard is: XYZ.COM>[email protected]. You listed all variations of his first and middle and last name...just try his first name and last name: john.doe or christopher.doe Are you using an email verification website to save time or do you actually send out the email and wait for it to be returned undeliverable? Google 'email verification' and you'll see there are several good sites that test the address instantly
You can probably just ask your school's career center or alumni house etc.

Other variants could use a dash or an underscore, eg john-c.doe, john_c.doe
