Email to Recruiter after Informational Interview
I sent a cold email to a partner at a boutique investment bank and during our informational interview he told me to contact the associate there who is head of recruiting for interns and ask about the position. So, what should I say to the associate and should I include my CV or resume in my email to him?
Title : Referred by [Partner's Name]
subject: You were referred by the partner to contact this person xyz about any internship opportunities. Would like to know more about the position xyz.
Personally I won't send your resume just yet. Odds are the recruiting person should ask for it after your first email. But it wouldn't make a huge difference if you did i guess.
