Engineering/Construction Valuation

Hi guys, can anybody help me out with valuation of a construction company. I am trying to do both COMPs and DCF moel. With regarding to comp what industry specific metrics do I use ? And for the DCF are there any industry specific assumptions/ details I should take into account ?

The company has interests in transportation, construction, hydroelectricity, mining and metallurgy, oil and gas, chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, aerospace engineering, defence, nuclear, environment, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.

With regards to my DCF, how do I make my projections ? Do I isolate I need to isolate each operation ?
