How do you go from Enterprise Value to Price Per Share? I understand that from EV you +Cash -Debt -Preferred Stock -Minority Interest to get your Equity Value. But now you must take equity value/Fully diluted shares. (Fully diluted shares will depend on your share price though). This is where I am stuck.
