Coming from someone who has not worked in finance, I see the industry as ripe with opportunities to fill entrepreneurial gaps—namely, via fintech. However, I'm curious as to what proportion of fintech entrepreneurs have a finance background, a tech background, neither, or both. So, my question is: how many of your finance peers have you seen quit their job to pursue their own vision? Did they succeed?
