Entry level IB in Switzerland - Possible without being fluent in German?

Hello all

This mostly is directed at people working in Switzerland, or who knows how it works there.

I would like to move to Switzerland.
I am looking at UBS and CS in Switzerland - they mention that fluency in German is either required or highly preferred

Unforunately German is only my 3rd language, and i am far from fluent, although i should be able to pick it up eventually

Is it fairly likely to land an entry level position in IB in Switzerland(assuming i got the package), without being fluent in German, or should i just stick with London?

Best regards and thanks in advance

/S
