Came across their European team on a few projects and even interviewed with them but then change my mind (personal reason, nothing to do with the team). What I would say:

  • work on very interesting deals and many of their clients are regional leaders in their product/industry
  • European team based in London covers all Europe, mainly cross border deals
  • entrepreneurial spirit, small deal team, analysts seemed quite involved
  • appears to have a good culture from the outside with strong diversity of origins

Overall if you like the industry, as I do, and want to be on small/medium deals. I recommend it.

Exits I observed : mainly m&a at small/mid boutiques or tech PE
