Equites Finance Interview Help!

I have an interview coming up at a BB in their equities finance group.

Here is the description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Equity Efficiency
• Ensure monitoring and management of expenses for Equities globally, including both direct (compensation and non-compensation) and allocations (Shared Services, IB Allocations) on a monthly basis; includes in-depth reporting globally and by business to understand comparison to budget/target and the general trend in expenses, noting areas of concern
• Partner with the various COOs throughout Equities globally to ensure an overall focus on efficiency and highlight details around the spend (i.e., top spenders in Travel and Entertainment)
• Partner with Efficiency Management to understand details around the expense base and also seek out and execute upon cost efficiency ideas
• Collaborate with Talent Branding and Communication on the global hiring plan with add-on analysis that shows the impact on compensation levels under various scenarios (e.g. high attrition, etc.)
• Development of various management presentations
• Ensure the Budget, Forecast and Strategic Plan for Equities globally aligns with overall efficiency strategy

Any key things to keep in mind in terms of technicals or any further insight on the position from someone who has worked in a similar role? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
