What is the impact on the FS of an equity infusion by acquirer of the exact amount to pay off debt? This would be for a Private company. How would they be mobilising funds through the equity infusion if its a private company? This is the part i dont get because there are no public retail investors to pay for those shares since they aren't publicly traded.
