Investment Banking 7 Stories Review

“Tim walked me through how effective my TMAY actually is, and especially how to tailor it for a reviewer who already has my CV in front of him, so that it conveys my story rather than just repeating what is on the page. He also gave me useful feedback on my other stories, and was clear about why they worked well even where there was nothing to improve. For example, he advised me to bring the most relevant skills and results forward earlier in my teamwork story. He also recognised his older self in my stories as if he were reading through his own diary, which made the whole session feel positive and constructive. I left with a clearer idea of how to refine my answers, and I would definitely recommend him.”

Investment Banking Mock Coffee Chat

“John was extremely helpful in refining both my resume and my Why Evercore story. He provided thoughtful, detailed feedback on how to better highlight my professional experience and make my resume more impactful for investment banking recruiting. He also helped me structure a more compelling and personalized Why Evercore answer. I especially appreciated his practical advice, attention to detail, and willingness to share his insights. Overall, it was a very productive session, and I highly recommend John!”
