I was wondering if anyone has a decent technique for figuring out what your bonus might be as an analyst (% of group Revenue, IBD Revenue, etc.). Since an analyst might not know where you stand in comparison to your peers (top, avg, low performer), I'm looking for more of a range. I'll be working at a large MM bank in an industry group. Ideas would be appreciated.
