Ethics Question (GPA, UK Applications)

I am an undergrad studying in the States, applying to the IB UK Internships (UK citizen).

I understand that UK University degrees are program-based, and thus, their grades / GPA / honour system are entirely based on their degree and relevant classes. So, by that extension, in these incoming job applications, should I put my "Major GPA" when companies ask for "Overall Result" / "Overall GPA", etc?

I can see how the answer is staring in front of me, but I am just curious to hear your thoughts, as it could give me a leg up (0.2 increase on the 4.0 scale)

To note, I have already included my Major and Overall GPAs on my resume (Major GPA: x.xx/4.00; Overall GPA: y.yy/4.00).
