European Boutique Off-Cycle/internships (no summer) advices

Hi everyone,

I am currently a freshman at a French University (we have a very different education system). My first goal is to have experience in IB, even if I am not sure to work in it in the future (I'd like to fund a start-up in the financial industry, I have already a great idea, something new).

I have a chance, I finish my academic year on May 15th (until August 31st). I know that a summer internship isn't possible for the freshman, but I am wondering if some european boutique provide off-cycle of 3 months for the freshman. I don't have a lot of connections in the industry, because in France it's nearly impossible to get a job after your undergraduate studies (some are americans exchange students, but they're now in great BB). If you have some names of little boutiques (not the big boutique like Evercore: they reject me for the spring, the HR email me to say to me that because of my profile, he won't be able to take me but that my profile was strong enough but that they usually don't take French undergraduate), I would be grateful to you. I am not looking for a internship which will give me a job, I know that I'll have to attend a master in 3 years, but I would like to have the strongest experience I can get.

Thanks everyone !!!
