European Jobs with Large Finance Firms

So im looking at these analyst jobs in Krakow Poland. I really want to work internationally, I have all the qualifications for these jobs, including the necessary German (not sure why they want german not polish, but they do.) Anyway, would UBS fall under an American company with offices in poland? Or am i going to run into some resistance since I am an American and not an EU citizen. Random question, but thanks for the response. Trying to decide whether or not its worth it to even apply to these jobs.
