Evercore Comp Progression?

I accepted an A1 role in M&A at Evercore after receiving an offer after being an SA.

Base: $120,000

Sign on Bonus: $25,000

Expected Bonus: $100,000

Total est comp: $245,000

Given these figures as an Analyst, what should I be expecting to pull in as I progress through roles, i.e.: As comp --> VP comp --> Principal comp --> MD --> SMD.

What do you guys think is the average comp among these roles?

Thx
