Yes, because FTP just does cap raises.
this idea that different groups have different personalities is overblown.
Probably the group with the highest momentum at EVR. Has 3 MDs (Jane, Ken, Vinay) - all very good at what they do. Relatively small group though, so tough to get selected into the group as compared to say Healthcare (another top EVR group) which is a much larger group
It’s actually 1 partner (Jane Gladstone) and 3 MDs (the two you mentioned + 1). It’s a relatively small group that grinds hard. Culture seems great but Jane is a heavy hitter so you will be drowning in deals big and small.
How many analysts / associates do they take on per year?
Do you know how many analysts / associates / VPs there are in the group?

Absorbed into Tech. Not so much that Jane left (obvs huge), but she also left with 2 of the 3 MDs. Not a knock on Jane because it shows how tight she was with her team, but if you lose 3/4 senior people (with the 4th a relatively recent promote), it’s tough for that group to survive
This is tough because EVR constantly brags about no senior banker turnover.
Does this mean fintech deals will be run out of Menlo?
