What's the latest on culture, hours and exit opportunities for Evercore London?
Have browsed through old threads and the consensus seems to be that Evercore exit opportunities are significantly weaker than the US BBs and somewhat below the European BBs / Laz / Roth.

Exit ops only below JP/MS/GS but absolutely brutal hours
Are hours brutal across the board or just for a particular set of groups? Would be interested in hearing more about the exit opportunities as I've struggled to find many people exiting to UMM / MFs on Linkedin.

Would advise to strongly stay away unless you want to work horrendous hours and be micromanaged by inexperienced managers. Consistent 5am finishes in quiet & busy periods + guaranteed weekend work. Massive junior turnover for a reason.
