Anyone familiar with Evercore’s modeling/technical test and what it covers? It will be three hours long.

The EVR one that I was asked to do was an operating model which you would then use to do an LBO in 3 hours. It was pretty simple as it's literally just 2x 1 hour models basically with an extra hour to review and amend where needed

It was Q4 last year in London
