Evercore PCA vs. Ducera RX

Debating between these two groups and having trouble deciding. Not sure if I prefer Secondaries, RX, M&A, etc. Not sure I would want to exit into but not necessarily thinking about PE exit. I like how Ducera allows to explore between RX, M&A and new VC platform, and how small firm is opportunities to work with senior level people. I like how Evercore PCA has crazy deal flow and also lots of opportunities at junior level, especially as no. 1 market leader in PCA. Enjoyed people I spoke to at both firms (so this makes hard to decide). Would appreciate any insights on considerations/advice which to choose or just maybe things to consider.

I might be wrong, but doesn't PCA advise institutions on selling their stakes in Funds or advise on continuation vehicles?? I know you said you are not sure what you want to do, but given that I would say take what gives you the most options. I don't believe a PCA skillset is going to traslate to many buyside roles, so it seems like you would be limiting yourself pretty substaintialy, and unless you were sure that you want to do secondaries, that just doesn't seem like a great idea.
