I am thinking of joining a specialized corporate M&A group, but I'm worried about exit opportunities. For example(this isn't the company I'm going to), if I go to Ford and work in their M&A group buying and selling suppliers and dealerships, can I goto an Ibank or PEG and work in a different specialty or am I pigeon holed?
