If PE is your goal, take the PE offer. Can't stress enough how hard UMM/MF PE can be after IB. Here you have direct access without needing IB. Easy to lateral to other PE shops with any of the names you mentioned in the post, or the ability to go to HF/GE. Unless you see yourself as a career banker, which I’m assuming you don’t.
