Exit Opps with ~40 Hour Weeks

What are some exit opps with better work life balance and around ~40 hours per week? Have talked with some Corp dev companies that have said around 55-60 hours. Not sure if that is all Corp dev but personally don’t think I can do even those hours much longer. Severely burnt out
