Exit ops for Structuring roles
Good evening guys,
Just curious.
What are the exit opportunities for a graduate in FICC structuring from a leading BB?
What is the average pay (base+bonus) for someone in Structuring at a BB? How does this differ from a traditional sales or trading role?
For the structurers out there, what are your average working hours? Does it differ if you work for a BB or MM? Would be nice to hear about work-life balance in structuring
How long does it take to truly understand what your team does and get comfortable / settle into the job as a fresh graduate? I hear that the first six months one tends to be lost and that’s ok, is this true? #impostersyndrome any advice is appreciated :)
