Lateralled to a BB after a year at another bank and was wondering what views would be on trying to exit banking after maybe a year or 1.5 years spent at this BB? Got recruited with the team thinking I would be a career banker, and don't want to burn any bridges with people that really vouched for me during the process of recruiting.
