How hard is it to break into value investing from IB? I'm interested in both larger LO value shops (Dodge & Cox, Harris Associates) as well as LO or L/S hedge funds. Is this the normal path, or are there other more relevant paths (entering from ER, straight out of undergrad, etc). Thank you.
