Expected First Year Salary as Jr. Trader

Through a lot of a$$ kissing over the past year which I stepped up even more in the past few months, I have two job opportunities at two firms. One is a BB and the other is a boutique. I won't go into a lot of details on the boutique except to say it works with top hedge fund managers of past and present.

The question at hand is the BB opportunity. I was expecting to get a job as an IB analyst and the proposed offer came up as a Jr. Trader (I could still get the IBA position if I want but the guy is looking to bring in a few Jr. Traders).

My question is, how much salary wise should I expect as a Jr. Trader coming out of undergrad?

What do you mean by Jr. Trader? Are you starting as a first year analyst? if so, $70k base. If you're coming as a Traders Assistant or anything else, it will be less than 70.
