Experienced Hire procedure for Morgan Stanley

I am in the experienced hire category. Can anyone share how Morgan Stanley's hiring process goes once they decide to extend an offer?

Sign the offer letter for acceptance ---> Background check( including??) -->??

I don't have my undergraduate transcript with me anymore as I went to college in another country. Will they ask me to send transcript or will they ask me to sign a letter and then went to school for transcript? I have graduated for more than 6 years now.

If anyone knows how Morgan Stanley does it, please share your experience. Thanks!!
